We manage over 100 mill relationships worldwide. Some have been multi-generational over 40 years. And we constantly review production capability, pricing, and quality opportunities. This allows us to globally source  competitively priced plywood and MDF from fully vetted and compliant sources.

Product Development & Innovation
We're always developing new ‘in-demand’ products for specific sector applications — and in some cases, custom grades specific to the end-user’s exact needs.

Ensure Viability, Cost & Quality
We work closely with our partner mills to confirm pricing, quality and grade. If required,  we even train new mill partners according to CWP/HPVA quality standards to ensure new mills understand our quality control expectations — before any production program begins.

We ensure that all products we sell are compliant with import regulations, including:

• formaldehyde emissions (TSCA, EPA and CARB)

• LACEY

• FSC

• plant health regulations

• correct tariff classifications

Sustainable Sourcing
Our relationships with mills like Endesa-Batrosa and Nelson Pine are examples of low-carbon partnerships using sustainable, plantation-grown forests. Even with our top-selling products like Premcore®Plus, we seek out mill partners that source renewable plantation species.

Many of our products:

• use materials from FSC responsible forest management sources

• respect Indigenous legal & customary ownership, use & management rights

• from responsibly managed and renewably sourced FSC certified forests

Quality Control & Grading
Our experienced Grading & Quality team conducts inspections and training at our partner mills around the world — and enforce our strict quality control standards from setup through production.

They also inspect all the veneers for our premium Premcore® and Premcore®Plus products.
